• Advance reservations are strongly encouraged.
• For reservations, a deposit of one night’s lodging is due upon making a reservation. We accept personal checks, travelers’ checks, money orders or cash. We will temporarily hold your reservation until we receive your deposit, and we will email or phone you upon receipt of your deposit.
• Full payment is due on arrival.
• Rates are subject to change, and do not include sales/lodging tax (6.8%).
• Check-in and check-out are flexible, with pre-arrangement.
• Discounts are available for non-profit groups.
• Guests are responsible for washing their own dishes and keeping the kitchen(s) clean.
• For group use of Taniquetil Lodge, a $50 cleaning deposit is required.
• A 48-hour advance cancellation of your reservation is required for a refund of your reservation deposit, less a 20% handling fee.

• We are unable to accommodate un-supervised children.
• Rivendell is a smoke-free facility, and candles are not permitted. We also ask that you limit fragrances, out of respect for those with chemical sensitivities.
• Please ask about accommodating your canine companion.
• All of Rivendell’s facilities are available year-round.
We are not fancy and do not offer high-priced luxuries.
There are no telephones, TVs, or VCRs in the guest rooms.
Land-line telephone is available for local calls.
Wireless internet is available, and cell-phone coverage is universal.
